yep fair play on the secret...i imaging the tips singed out before the core got touched, but i reckon you'll iron out the crinkles. i get our kevlar on the roll from a place in Bristol U.K and the equipment i make with it for personal and sale purposes is all at one time or another experimental...i love it.
let me know how your designs go and when your e ready i'd love to see more. when i've got a mo i'll upload some photos of some of my creations over the years...should give you something to giggle at!
